Spread Editor
This window gives an overview of all the pages in the document, presented as linked Page Spreads. Select one or more pages, then click and drag to move them to another place. The page labels at the bottom of each page will he highlighted in red to indicate that there are unapplied changes, which only change the document when you hit the Apply button.
The Page Marker overlay lets you change the color and shape of a marker that encloses the page label. You can use these as a shorthand for things that need to get done, for instance.

You can use the Spread Editor even when there’s hundreds of pages, though it lags a bit on screen. When you open the Spread Editor, it will render small preview images per page, sort of in the background. This process goes much faster if you make sure to originally import your big tif images with previews.
